FWIW Star is Yamaha's cruiser line, not separate at all just anything that's not a crotch rocket falls under the star name. Some ok looking bikes there but we apparently have very different riding positions and you said you only took pics of bikes that had similar riding position to yours. I like the wide rear tire, if I end up hanging on to the 98 and make a bobber out of it, it will have a car tire on back.
