WHAT!?!? Do you know how much diesels pollute without egr and urea injection? Might as well shoot mother nature in the face with a 12ga! 
What is the brand/info on the delete mod? My boss was looking into this for his.
Its an H and S brand kit for the EGR delete, then the tuner takes out the urea system. The exhaust replaces the filter/injection components. The urea tank is still there, just disconected.

Some guys are already removing the DEF/urea tanks.
It would be a good thing to do, it takes up space that makes the fuel tank small, I think they are 20L smaller because the urea tank takes up so much space. He`s looking into a replacement tank to go in and give extra range.

Why buy new when you can restore?
Could he put in a pre-urea truck gas tank or did the frames/body change too much?
I don`t know, but I don`t know how likley he would be to find a used one, and I`m sure the cost of new would be much more then an aftermarket tank, or so I would think.
