The Raptor I drove I would say is worth it. But I would rather spend that kind of money on a truck that is more "mod-able"

I think the answer to the question "Is the Raptor worth it?" would have to be yes... it's worth the price about as much as all of the other new vehicles out there. Prices have skyrocketed over the last 5 years.

I think the Raptor is worth it if that's what you want out of a truck. It's easily the most capable off road stock truck available right now. You know there will be plenty of aftermarket stuff available for it... but parts will be expensive due to the low volume vehicle.

If height was an issue, I would never go anywhere as mine is over 8 foot.
I would like to see it on some of the trails that we go on, slow and easy. Instead all we ever see with the promo's is it jumping dunes at 60mph. I personally think its just a desert dune racer.
