Get a good MagnaFlow Cat Back system and make all the noise you want. As cool as it may sound, straight pipes are just silly with these engines. You will always have the check engine light on and the exhaust will smell to high hell. Trust me, there are some really good cat- back systems that will give you plenty of noise yet still leave your check engine light off.
If you want the best of both worlds, get a cat- back system and buy an electric cutout. That way when you really want to shake the windows you can. Then those nights when you want to sneak around, you can..

You'll need to go with a custom exhaust if you go with cutouts. Just out of curiosity, why would you want your Yukon to sound like shit?

The Reason I started this thread back up is because I basically never knew my company would blow up and the things I wanted I coud afford but I needed the money for products and tools so the truck got pushed to the side. If you didn't here the news I'm being invested in and will be able to get everything I need for detailing maybe even a Silverado or Sierra in the next year or two so basically I got invested I've been getting asked alot about scheduling so basically I'm looking to do 110 details so far when I start and 110x150 if everyone gets a basic detail is 16,500 so yeah hopefully everything goes great and I'm on track to my dreams once again never thought this would happen so I'm going nuts so yeah haah.

That video sounded good, I liked it. Reading his comments he only removed the muffler and resonator, left the cats in place.
When I hear straight pipes, that means straight mother fucking pipe from the cylinder head to the tail pipe.
Now if you leave the cats, you shouldn't be popping a CEL ( Check Engine Light). So you should be good in that regard. Also with the cats in place the exhaust will smell just like it always has, no shitty gas smell like with no cats.
