Picked up a winch bumper and winch for the truck. I saw a totally trashed beater Dodge sitting at a wood-cutter's house with "For Sale" painted on the window. The truck was a total heap, but it had a really heavy looking bumper on it.
I called the guy and asked if he would sell just the bumper. He agreed to trade my factory bumper with the chrome grille guard and a couple hundred bucks for the winch bumper. He said it had a winch too, but couldn't tell me anything about it. The price was good enough for just the bumper, so I figured I would pick it up.
When I went by to get it, the bumper didn't have any manufacturer markings but is heavy plate steel powdercoated, and the winch is a Warn M12000 which worked like new once we finally got the corroded connectors cleaned up a little. The winch alone would be over $1500 and the bumper would probably run about $1000 new. I am going to possibly cut off the headlight guards (they rub the flares) and will coat it in the same bedliner material I have on my rockers since the powdercoat is a little beat up, but it was a VERY good deal for what it is. Anyway, on to the pics.

I say try and bend the headlight guard out a little bit rather than cutting it off. For aesthetic reasons, that needs to stay, IMO.
