The lion logo is Holden which is a GM brand in Australia. They were the ones who developed and exported the Holden commodore which was the Pontiac G8.

We actually had a 96 Prizm for about 6 or 7 years. Drove the heck out of it and never had any problems AT ALL! It was not fun or exciting to drive, but it was kind of like the Energizer Bunny, it kept going and going and going........
