If you could take a few pictures of your interior I could try to give some suggestions. I don't know how much room you have in there or if you already have stuff in the way.

Off the top of my head, though, the two places that make the most sense:
1. Under the driver or passenger seat (do you have anything there now?)
2. On a board like mine on the back wall (instead of screws use velcro, double-sided tape, or some type of glue-----all industrial strength, of course)

On an update note, I managed to get out 95% of the dog hair with this powerful little hand-vac I picked up. I just need to put on the rubber gloves again to get in the nooks and crannies. Sorry for camera phone--it's all I have right now.

The top one i just took and the bottom one is a little old, but nothing's changed. all my wires and stuff are already ran behind the seat.

I have nothing under my seats

If it were me I'd go on the back wall. I'd get maybe 1/4"-1/2" wood, screw the amp to it, and mount the wood on the wall with some type of adhesive (be it glue, velcro, whatever). If not then under the seat would work fine.

Would the amp get hot under my seat. i'm looking to try and conceal my amp from view :D that would leave me with a little more room behind the seat

As long as the vents on the amp are open you should be fine. Overheating is really only a problem when they are completely crammed and people run them at insane levels.
