06 dash install finished today. getting the newer factory radio this week and the rest of the wiring to make the upfitter switches fully functional.

Thanks guys. It's a big change and makes alot of difference in the look. Now I gotta go get the matching Doorpanels since the wood doesn't match the doors

If you don't mind me asking how much did that set you back? My roommate is curious to do this on his 99

I found a guy parting out an 06 and paid 300 for the dash passenger airbag all the switchs (4x4 upfitter etc) and the main air ducts.

He has the door panels I just need to get up there and get them. I'm considering doing the black steering wheel and airbag he has also instead of my worn tan wheel.

I could have done without the pass bag except it's slightly lighter than the old one but same shape. Also it really wasnt too hard other than the air ducts. Took me about 6-7 hrs of working straight split over 2 days.
