Well I wouldn't be signing any papers on the malibu until you get behind the wheel of the new fusion. It gets great reviews, scores highest in most car comparisons, especially against the Malibu and won car of the year. Deffinately not a car to overlook.

Both those trucks are leveled so im not sure where your going with that. And ive been told by every ram owner and many ram forumz and tire shops, those will NOT fit without a leveling kit without rubbing. Im going with the majority

i hope your getting a leveling kit with that. They WILL rub without one, has been proven before. Those tires are 34.7", that size is basically the max you can go WITH a leveling kit.

You cant go too wide without atleast leveling out the front or you will have problems rubbing. You really cant go much bigger then stock at all. Really i would just wait until you left to actually make it worth it or atleast do a leveling kit and you can run up to 34's without rubbing

Well goodluck on your search, just dont go too old or cheap or your savings per month will go into repairs. So whichever year and model your looking into, do some hard research into their reliability and common issues because they all have them. Goodluck

i cant see that liberty getting that much better mileage. I had an 04 liberty and that thing was terrible on gas. 4000+ lb vehicle with a little V6 to move it makes for crappy mileage, i got 14-16 mpg in mine. Also if your looking at the malibu, take a look at the 2010 ford fusions, very nice...
