Yo...walmart fix was a no-go, couldn't find a rubber coupler big enough. Tried a different fix and got further down the road and blew it again. called for a tow at that point cause it wasn't safe being on the side of the road. Camper is now at the towing services yard in albany (about 3 hours...

That's the worst part...the side that blew was a press fit clamp, no way to tighten it. But...new additions to my travel tool box: This is in addition to the new beefier coupler and T clamps that are on the truck already. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. :)

Oh...the other major detail i forgot, and one of the reasons i got them: they're easily removable. two bolts and they out, and you have a clear floor.

So....The truck pulled the new camper like a champ.....right up until a hard downshift on a long grade, and the intercooler pipe was blown out of the coupler to the turbo. It was about 2.5 hours from the house, going up an 8 mile or so grade of 6-7% with cruise set at 63. Truck was working...

Thanks! And yeah that's a good point, that was empty on the way home from the dealer. The pin weight should be a good bit less less now that the bikes are in the back. PS. B&W Biker Bars are the real deal. Nice install, hold the bikes nice and secure. Hope i still feel the same way...

Picked it up this morning: That was 60PSI in the bags. I think I'll bump it up to 70-75. That's also with the hitch in the middle ofthe three settings. might put that down at the lowest setting to level out the camper a bit since bed rail clearance doesn't look to be an issue at all.

I put it back together out of an abundance of caution. If anything had gone wrong and broke, I didn't have time to get parts and fix properly. I'll do the install when I get back, so I'm not rushed/stressed about it.
