What do you usually listen to? Alot of talk radio or just Stern? Regardless of how you end up upgrading you should be able to keep your Sirius no problem.
What's your budget?
Which do you prefer...
volume or clarity?
tight thumpy bass or rumbling booming bass?
1 sub or 2?
speakers run off...
Haha, yeah I get the Scuba Steve alot. My avatar is a Kirby Morgan 37 diving helmet, the one we use for work.
Got an appointment to get the lift installed a week from today. They said it'd take a day and a half.
tick tock, tick tock....
Lucky you, sounds like a great deal! You can get some serious bling with that discount! I bought a diamond then had it mounted in a ring at a local jewelers. I have no idea if that makes any difference in cost. :dunno:
I was always a bit jealous of her bonus, but she worked ALOT of...
I haven't gotten a specific quote for installation, but the guy at the counter estimated roughly $800 to install. When I was there they had 1 2009+ F150 up on the lift with all the wheel removed, not sure what they were doing to it. There was another stock 09+ sitting in the parking lot too...
Stopped into 4wheelparts after work... Lift should be arriving next week, probably thursday. Since I got free shipping, it isn't the quickest shipping.
Wheel spacers did arrive today, so when I get back from the beach into the shop goes the truck!
USPS tracking says the spacers should be sitting at the house. I'll swing by 4wheelparts after work to check on the status of the lift. With luck I might be looking at getting it installed this week afterall!
If the kit and spacers get here tomorrow or Thursday, I might be able to get it all installed on Friday. Otherwise it'll be after I get back from the beach.
^ ok
I ordered a set of 1" spacers for the fronts. I don't think there would be a problem with the rears. I'm still hopeful I won't need them.
I'll be out of town next week, so it looks like I'll have to put off installation until early April.
I went out and looked at how much room I currently have between the wheels and all the other parts... I'm thinking my wheels should fit. I think the biggest area of concern is going to be whether or not the new steering knuckle rubs against the rims. They say an 18x9 with 6" BS will fit, and...
The kit with the RS9000XL shocks is on sale at www.4wheelparts.com right now, 10% off or a savings of about $200. On top of that, Rancho is offering a $500 debit card for buying that kit with those shocks (http://www.gorancho.com/current_promo2.php they've got other specials as well).
I just...
Sure, I can put something together.... Will probably have to go and take some pictures tomorrow, but since I'm back in Raleigh that'll be no problem
I fill up 99% of the time at Shell. Of those, I use use the same pump 90% of the time. It makes tracking fuel economy more accurate by reducing some of the variables.
Yeah, I'm a fan of Adam's gear.
I won a "Before & After" contests on their forum a while back and got a $25 coupon code, so that covered shipping for everything when I resupplied the other week. Buying everything you need at once helps save on shipping too.
