Since posting this I did some more reading in the FSM. Apparently is has an section on diagnosing the guage setup as well as the sensors. WIN! So I guess I'll replace the sensor and try some of that. Sent from my iPhone 4s

According to my FSM on the sensor. Black is ground Gray is VCC White is VOUT Sent from my iPhone 4s

Its defiantly a transducer. Plug has 3 wires and is a sealed type connection. It's was clean and dry on the inside. Sent from my iPhone 4s

Good ideas I will try both. I've been told that the oil psi gauge in the dash is full functioning and not an "idiot" guage. Which would make sence becuase i can watch it rise and fall on acell/decel. Will the testing be the same for the sensor? Sent from my iPhone 4s

Ok so obviously as the title says I have a valve cover leak as well as an oil pressure switch problem. We've had our '05 X since 73k miles it now has about 130k miles on it. Both the valve cover, gasket, and sensor were replaced around the same time we got it due to a leak. The dealer that did...

Mine was probably way overkill. there was a temp to fluid life chart somewhere that said at 195 it should be changed at 30 or 50k miles

Before I switched to Amsoil I was doing a full change with filter every 30,000 miles.

checked all the fluids and removed a dirt dobber nest from the ex manifold. planning on driving it this weekend as my dad is home from Nigeria!

I know it's been a while since I started this thread but I finally had time the other day to reinstall the trans cooler. I moved it to the driver side still in front of the cond. with a 1 1/4 gap. Also cleaned the cond. out with a scrub brush. Ac performance is where it was before. Here...
