Its been a few months since I've had the results just been sitting on them for a while. Basicly I changed over to Amsoil AZO in september of last year with 105,165 on the clock. I then put 12,500 miles on and swapped the filter and topped off with oil since amsoil filter for it is only good...
As the title says I'm in need of a new booster anyway and was thinking about going with hydro boost instead of the stock vacuum booster.
What all would I need? Would it be worth it? Thoughts?

I need to swap mine out to but Oreillys want $100 for one :fume:. You would think they would be cheaper. Wish i could just have mine rebuilt but there is no one close.
Well I picked up the new sensor today and installed it. All is fine now but I wonder if this one will only last two years like the other one.

Since posting this I did some more reading in the FSM. Apparently is has an section on diagnosing the guage setup as well as the sensors. WIN!
So I guess I'll replace the sensor and try some of that.

I will most likely do just that. I just wanted to figure out if I had some kind of a wiring issue since this is going to be the third sensor in almost 3 years since we've owned it.

Good ideas I will try both.
I've been told that the oil psi gauge in the dash is full functioning and not an "idiot" guage. Which would make sence becuase i can watch it rise and fall on acell/decel.
Will the testing be the same for the sensor?

Ok so obviously as the title says I have a valve cover leak as well as an oil pressure switch problem.
We've had our '05 X since 73k miles it now has about 130k miles on it. Both the valve cover, gasket, and sensor were replaced around the same time we got it due to a leak. The dealer that did...
Thanks guys I thought so too.
I'm still trying to decide if i need to move the temp sensor to that pan or not. Right now its in the presure port. What do yall think?
I know it's been a while since I started this thread but I finally had time the other day to reinstall the trans cooler.
I moved it to the driver side still in front of the cond. with a 1 1/4 gap.
Also cleaned the cond. out with a scrub brush. Ac performance is where it was before.
Here...
Yes I know....it's been a money pit going on four/five years now.
Still cheaper than new thought.
They are on the list.
Hopefully I can get some angle today and start fabricating the cooler bracket.
