time has come for me to start thinking of tires. I was in Big O today putting tires on the flex (nitto crossteck's with 3 year alignment and RH for $916!!nittocrosstek) and inquired about some for the truck. Falken wild peak AT's installed, road hazard and 3 year alignment for 1100 OTD...

trucks rides soooo bad that he could only muster 97 miles??? truck doesn't look magazine worthy, at least not a feature spread. but if i spent $20K in a few parts of a total build i would expect at least that.

too bad they liked it. now it will never touch my Blue Oval...

0-100 MPH run WOT no fuel starvation or stumble. this is on the full race tune so i am glad i have the fuel to feed the injectors.

yup, i think i found out why it stumbled. damn thing was drowning!!!!

took one of the 3 nozzles off the meth/water injection system. in full swing, the 3 were giving it 1000ML a minute of juice at WOT. the truck just didn't like it. we shall see how it likes half that.

buy a bike. my harley saves me about $90 a week just in fuel. 125 a week in the truck, 35 in the bike. my payment was 180ish and insurance was 350 a years or six months cant remember. so i saved money every month and now have a truck with less miles and smile on my face everyday that i ride!!

Re: Sh*t's about to get real! give KEM a try man. great fuel mileage and it goes when you hit it. the race is only smokey at 5/8 throttle to WTFO. i use a detuned street and like it a lot, you would not be as smokey on the race like i am. 190 vs 175, although your 100% and i am 75% i believe

Re: Sh*t's about to get real! do you notice the whistle disappear at about 8-10 psi boost? my 5 inch exhaust lets it whistle very loudly from idle to 10psi. drives me nuts
