Napa said this is uncommon radiator that was used on my truck. The more common ones had engine oil cooler on the radiator or had both engine oil cooler and heavy duty cooling. I used JB Weld on a radiator before and it held up.

Replaced the radiator earlier today with no problems in a hour. Might just jbweld the crack on the old one and keep it for a spare or sell it as is with it cracked.

No I havent replaced the lower intake gasket yet. I replaced the upper intake gasket when I replaced and switched multi port spider injection. I have a 2 piece intake.

I got 6 16.5 x 9.75 8 lug steel and 5 of them are chrome. They fit a 3/4ton chevy/gmc truck. Im waiting to find 3/4 ton gmsquarebody to put them on.
