From Sonix, though, you will either have to take it to someone to install or take the risk without good instructions. It's not impossible, but I wouldn't have been able to install mine without Travis' instructions and pre-wiring.

Hit up Travis over at KCAutoSound.com. He does custom F150 installations in the Kansas City area as well as stock installations for dealers. On top of that he runs the online store. For us F150s (and only $25 more), he does what's called "pre-wiring", where he deletes any unnecessary wires...

I was very close to building a base plate for my tripod, Darren, to sit in the seat similar to that. It would buckle in place and have three counterbored holes for the tripod legs. Then three eye bolts would stick up and I'd bungee the tripod leg supports down tight. With that setup...

Lift, but I agree to wait until you can afford tires. I don't think those are 33s. I've seen him around F150online. Picture dropping his truck 6"....the front of his wheel well would be touching the tire. Even if they are 33s, he can only pull that off because it's a single cab. I've seen...

I would say that seems high, especially since we live in the same state. It does vary area by area, though. My place charged $60 for the front two windows. Back when I did 5% over everything else (all four sides and back) it was $100 for everything. (They do all %s down to 5) You guys...

That's a great point. I did some reading since I'm bored and that seems to be the case. The police-used vehicles are subject to different laws and can have whatever tint is necessary.
