That's how we roll in WI. I'm doing the same parking my 4x4 to drive a mercury tracer. That 98 is his baby, he wants to keep it nice.

You guys didn't get the freezing rain? It started for us as snow around 4 weds afternoon then warmed up around 7 and turned into rain then got cold and froze. It was ugly for a while but pretty much dried up by Thursday morning.

Bed rails on my 97 looked worse than that because it didn't have an over the rail liner in it. It all depends on your use, my current truck has an over the rail spray in and I love it.

I stopped at the dealership because I was bored and like test driving cars just for fun. Found one exactly like mine as soon as I pulled on the lot but it had a 4.8L. About 10 minutes later the salesmen found mine with the 5.3 and I told him he had a deal.

We have tons of places that can fix them but if you pay $50 for a used one that craps out half way through the job you are out of the tool for a few days during the job and your overall investment is getting close to the cost of buying a new tool.

If you need this for a paying job I would say neither, and get a higher quality saw. If this isn't for a paying job it's a toss up, the Milwaukee is a much higher quality tool when new but used electric tools are a crap shoot depending on how they've been treated in the past.

They have several options that you can sift through, I'm leaning towards the new autocal which essentially is a blackbear custom tune on a handheld device so you can swap between a few different tunes as needed. Justin is busy but honestly has a better response time and better customer service...
