My 97 Silverado gets about 10 MPG around town. My 79 Corvette gets about 8 MPG around town. That's why, I bought my wife a Camry with a 4 cylinder, when I bought the Vette, 3 years ago.

I’m averaging right at 11. Cheaper to buy a commuter car than to buy gas for this pig.
