There are so many great sounding mufflers and systems out, now. With these new engines, they just sound amazing.

The price about blows me away, though!

For instance, if you might recall, the GM Touring Cat-Back exhaust for the 2007+ trucks was around $699 on most of the GM aftermarket retail sites.

Now, the Touring kit for a new truck is $1999 on sale, and the regular price hovers around $2199

I got around 14.8mpg on the last tank and my foot was pretty heavy. I don't think that's to bad for a truck with as many miles on it as this one has. When we have to run winter fuel, I usually only get around 10 to 12mpg.

Fuel economy, what's that. Oh yeah wait, 10 MPGs in the truck, or a little less, in town, and 10 MPGs in town in the Vette, if I take it easy, or about 6 MPHs if I run it hard. Both has 373 gears. The Vette, is a 4 speed manual, no OD.

I'm impressed; I got 15.4 mpg on this last tank. I also put more miles on a tank of gas than I ever have with 430 miles. The truck has a 36 gallon tank.

Get a little bit of a heavy foot and this tank was 11.9. lol
