On my neighbors truck I mounted the new tweets in the factory location by taking a hole saw to the plate. Turned out nice and clean just sounds crappy. I am curious to hear your thoughts on these with some power driving them. They are good looking speakers. :cheers:

Nice mod. I am gonna add some to my truck and boat. As a general rule you can run four led's in series and you don't need the resister. They don't draw much current so you can also run a bunch in parallel. Good work. Thanks for posting.

I installed a pair of these in my neighbors 01 Chevy 1/2 ton. He found this deal on another truck site. He is running the factory head unit with no amp. They do not sound very good. They need power and then I think they would rock. Nice looking speakers just need some juice.
