I hear you. I was really excited about trying the Acura before I actually tried them.

We tested the TSX, TSX wagon, MDX, and RDX. Not impressed at all. I was very disappointed. A good friend had a 05 TSX that I really liked and that was a lot of the motivation for trying them.

When I had my TSX, I had a TL loaner a couple of times. I couldn't wait to get back my TSX.. The TL felt kinda "bloated" compared to how well balanced the TSX felt...

I haven't tried any other Acura models before or since..

Never been a fan of hybrids.. but I gotta say I like driving my wife's Hyundai Sonata Hybrid.

It still gets up and goes for a little 4 cyl

I was looking at the Turbo Sonata for myself. I'm needing something that's better on gas.

I do appreciate where you are coming from Robert... but I'm way too "plain good old boy" to be a Benz buyer. In fact, the luxo brands really don't tweak me at all. If I wanted to spend north of 35 grand, I'd be shopping Tahoe or Suburban.

I like the sub 30 grand market. The more SUB the better.

Well, I guess that eliminates this BMW 850i from consideration....

Was parking cars for a youth fundraiser at our church on Saturday for the OSU-TCU game and this 2013 drove in.

We'll be giving the Golf / Jetta / Passat a drive this week. I like their interior designs a lot. German simplicity instead of a zillion idiot buttons like the Japanese have.
