Does DOT in the US only pull over commercial vehicles?

I do believe that the HYPO's and other LEO's would pull this over, if I was driving that and a cop was on my tail, my wallet would be getting lighter very quickly.

I do believe that the HYPO's and other LEO's would pull this over, if I was driving that and a cop was on my tail, my wallet would be getting lighter very quickly.
If he had a ton of stuff tied up on it and it was considered dangerous, then it's possible but with it as it is in those pictures, it looks like he is hauling it home. It is strapped down and has warning flags on it. Not much really wrong with it as it is. :dunno:

Commercial Vehicle peeps up here would ding that one... I've never seen regular cops dealing with any load related issues... I think DOT can write bigger tickets, lol
