Shouldn't be too hard. Just buy all the 4wd suspension pieces and bolt them to frame, they used the same frames iirc. Doing the cross over steering will be easy becasue you'll already have the 2wd steering box.

I might just happen to know where a donor 1 ton dually 4x4 could be found....body was rusty as hell but you'd only need the suspension.

Sweet. Waiting to see if I get a response to my email, But If I`m not busy I may call tomorrow, already have wifes approval, as long as its a drive able truck.

It looks like it was drivable.....you might want to take a shift knob with you to pick it up though.

Yes, although all I need is a front axle, I`d likely get new springs made. The duramax donor truck will loose its power plant,trans and rear differential and host of other items to jump in this rig.
