I DEFINITELY would never do business with either BJsoffroad or BNR- my goodness these guys are ridiculous. Emails were sent to them letting them know that we were going to contact the BBB- no response, and the BBB sent them a letter letting them know of the open dispute. Nothing....

So an email was sent to both companies again, stating that the IC3 (of the FBI) has been contacted and a complaint was filed. This really struck a chord, and the owner of BJsoffroad (who originally claimed to have nothing to do with BNR- but a quick whos who search proves otherwise) said that he would forward to BNR. We immediately got an email from "customersupport" saying they hadn't heard from us (even with the email chain we had attached in the email).
They said that the FBI could do nothing about it, and why would we even think they could. (snicker snicker) He was not happy with the response that we gave, and promptly wrong back saying that we should not threaten to contact the FBI, as he could threaten to contact them as well- as he claims we never responded to him.
We wrote back saying we never threatened, as it was a legitimate claim. We also said, we just want our money back.
Coincidentally, he can't get our money back until next week, as his bookkeeper is out of town. WTF?! Pretty sad when your bookkeeper holds your bank account hostage.

BLUF: don't do business with BNR and BJSoffroad- HIDE YOUR KIDS HIDE YOUR WIVES! Oh and hide your husbands too....

Latest response, is that he can't refund our PayPal fees (~$20). And on that note, a claim was filed with the Federal Trade Commission and we sent him this FTC Rule "By law, you must have a reasonable basis for stating that a product can be shipped within a certain time. If your advertising doesn't clearly and prominently state the shipment period, you must have a reasonable basis for believing that you can ship within 30 days.

If you can't ship within the promised time (or within 30 days if you made no promise), you must notify the customer of the delay, provide a revised shipment date and explain his right to cancel and get a full and prompt refund." .

This guy should just quit while he is ahead, this is quite an uneven match at this point.

At any rate, if anyone has a problem with a vendor, I can give you a cheap hourly rate to GET ER DUN!
