We better get used to that. Our Accord does very well with the 190 HP four and the 5 speed auto.

I like the car. Nicely done design!

Truth. The days of every new car being bigger and heavier with a more powerful engine are gone. Fuel economy regulations will see to it that new cars are lighter and more efficient. How much fWONking power does a commuter car really need?

Direct injection turbo 4s will be able to maintain today's performance numbers and deliver 25% better fuel economy in a lot of cases. I guess the question is how reliable will they be in the long run?
