A taxi from Rio de Janeiro
Argentinian-made Peugeot 504. The engine of its diesel-powered version was also used in an Argentinian version of the 3rd-gen Chevy C10, with a turbo.
Peugeot 807
Due to tributary reasons it was offered in Brazil only with an underpowered 4-banger 2.0L gasser. But this one was licensed in Argentina, with a 2.2L turbodiesel co-developed by Ford.
Mexican-made Nissan March. Don't expect it to be offered in the American market, due to its MISERABLE safety according to some crash tests performed in Uruguay...
