My cousin did that for his truck. Not sure where he got them either

I'd think lights inside the cab would be annoying because of all of the reflected light. What about in the grille and under the rear bumper?

He paid for all of it but they department had a hook up, siren, strobes & blue/red lights

Ya, we can't have siren, or red. Only blue lights and strobes in the head/taillights.
