Doesn't look a terribly hard job at least. The new OSB they are selling at the big stores is made with a polymer based bonding agent. Old OSB was just glued together. Water has almost no effect on the new stuff.
I built my deer stand 3 years ago using OSB. I used 3/4 inch rated for subfloors as the floor. It has been exposed to the weather because I have window openings in the walls, but no actual windows. And it has surprisingly held up quite well. I used that stuff because it was $20 for a 4x8 sheet, and 3/4 inch plywood was nearly $40 a sheet.
