So boys & gals it is time for me to SERIOUSLY, start looking for new tires. As some of you might remember when I bought the KMC Monsters Matt (buckshot85) gave me a deal and hooked me up with the tires & wheels instead of just the wheels. Well two were in good shape the other two not so much. But they have given me well over 6 months of good driving. I have two slow leaks on the GOOD tires right now.

So it looks like I'm gonna need some new ones here soon. I will NOT go back to these Pro Comp Xtreme ATs I have the good tires on the back and they still slide all around when it's damp on the road. Not to mention I'm not to fond on the looks of em'.

I'm going to buy 2 tires and have to take a hit to my ego and borrow the money for the other two from the Rents :(, but I gotta do what I gotta do.

So I'm thinking a aggressive A/T, I do 80% city/highway driving mixture (average 50mph) I'm thinking Wrangler Duratracs, or something along that line. I really don't know, I would love some BFG A/T KO but they are $300 a piece

So any Suggestions of a good aggressive A/T? I would like to keep it under $1000 if I can less would be even better. I need to look for some specials, I know that 4 wheel online used to run a buy 3 get 1 free

What do y'all think?

Duratracs- Only one I've thought look aggressive for a A/T-M/T

I'm up for other suggestions for sure

Firestone Destination AT - I'm not a huge fan of how they look (even though my truck came with them), but they are cheap

Those Duratracs look pretty nice too.

Duratracs are $1000 and some change without shipping

So the Trail grapplers are about the same price :dunno:

What about Nitto terra grappler tires? They have an aggressive side wall and a nice AT thread pattern.

That's where I've been shopping too. I'm not a huge fan of the Terra grapplers

yeah I really wanted the trail grapplers but I dont need a mud terrain tire. I liked the terra grapplers more than most at tires so i got them and I'm happy with them. I can't wait to try them out in some snow this winter.
