I took out the KTM this weekend and I love the bike. Didn't think I would like a 2 stroke but theyre lots of fun and it is super light. I was wrong about it being a 250, it's actually a 2004 200SX. If I can get it cheap I will probably buy it

Well after having the bike looked at, the only way to go is to dump money into it so it runs good. This winter it will get a new piston, cam, probably all new seals, well basically a full top and bottom end rebuild. Luckily I know someone who can fix it on the cheap side. Hell I might even have it bored to a 300 while I'm at it.

Little update. Bike is in the middle of a rebuild. Will be getting a new water pump seal, Wiseco forged piston and rings, bearings and top end gasket kit which was already done. Also got moose racing sprokets in the stock gearing and an RK o-ring racing chain.

Going to order some new plastics and I'm going to keep the green front/rear fenders and get black side panels. Might try and pick up some black rims if I can find some used, they're like $150 each new minus spokes.
