Help me pick a muffler for my Hemi! *UPDATE Post 89*

Well I am really getting tired of the single in single out muffler that is on my truck. I want to here that Hemi! I have a coupon for 10% off a website good until the 8th of August. I can get a Flowmaster Super 44 single in dual out for less than $70.00. It would sound close to this. Any suggestions?

Thanks! I am only going to buy a muffler. My buddy can bend all the tubing for me at his work and weld it up. He does exhaust everyday.

I love the sound of mine! I'm sure it would sound good with the Hemi

I have thought about that.

I mean if your buddy know's how to bend all the pipes you can save a lot of money that way... Vs having a shop do it..

Hell I paid $350 in parts and $375-$400 in labor for my setup.

Does yours have MDS? Not sure when they put that on them, but that could alter your choices unless you get it turned off. AFM/MDS cause strange noises on a lot of exhausts when they kick in.

That's a very good point. I've heard some odd GM trucks with AFM.
