powdercoat for the best quality.
duplicolor wheel coating works great also. http://duplicolor.com/products/wheelCoating/ i used it on the winter set of rims for my other car and it has lasted great for a few years now. prep is key though. i scuffed the rims up first with some sandpaper, cleaned them really well and then sprayed them with duplicolor self-etching primer to get a great base coat for the paint to stick to.
