Tyler... I asked the guys on that forum... This is what one of the guys said

I used to run Green kawi synthetic oil in my 07' KX250F. It definitely looks like coolant is in the oil. Because Kawi oil is green when water gets in the oil it doesn't turn grey like other oils when there is a coolant leak. The two colors in the oil is because of the difference in viscosity between the oil and water which causes them to seperate. To fix the problem he'll have to replace the water pump seal(s) and the main waterpump gasket. The problem costs about $30 to fix with all of the gaskets and seals. If he continues to find discoloration in his oil then he needs to check the head gaskets and cylinder base gaskets. If he continues to run the bike like that IT WILL fry the rings due to the high engine operating temperatures of four-strokes. (I sold a bike and a couple months later the guy called back because the motor blew, which was all because he was riding the bike with no fluid in cooling system. Apparently he hadn't changed the oil AT ALL so that's probably why he didn't know water was in the oil.)

fWONk. I did suck in some water because I went through a big ass puddle and got stuck in a rut half way through though so that could be the cause of the milkiness. I did leave the oil in a bucket and checked it today and it just looked solid dark green color so I'm not thinking it is a coolant problem but I will keep an eye on it and probably change the oil after another few rides and see if that milkiness still shows up. Good to know about the kawi oil though. Thanks for the info Kyle.

If it comes down to a coolant leak I'm selling this thing. I want to be able to ride this year and not have the motor on a stand in the garage.

Well long story short I'm going to look at a different bike next week and if it is better than this one I'm going to sell the 07. It looks pretty nice for only 200 more and is owned by an older guy which he used it to ride around his cabin in montana so when he brings it back which should be this up coming week I'm going to look at it.

Bike took a crap out this last weekend. Blowing white smoke everywhere and now I can't get it going. On a bright side I ordered a top end kit for it today for $65 and it will be getting rebuilt this weekend.

Well that sucks. Hopefully the rebuild will solve this once and for all.
