Call and tell them you heard about a $77/yr deal and you wanted to see if you could get that. Sounds like that works a lot.

You can do what my wife does.. same with her Onstar stuff.. when her renewal was up she called and asked about specials or promotions and they said they didn't really have any..
She told them she would have to THINK about keeping it then... They immediately transfered her to a customer specialist and gave her another 3 months for $18 a month with turn by turn navigation and all the regular Onstar stuff...
