I don't rotate my tires - ever. My truck has 20K on the clock and I have never rotated the tires. In fact, none of them have ever been off of the truck in 3.5 years.

They rotate enough when I drive it.
I guess you can get away with that in the South. Up here, its a good idea to take them off yearly to avoid having them corrode onto the spindle/hubs.
Chrome Plated + Salt + Corrosion = PITA to get off on the side of the road

Yip. My truck is practically as clean underneath as it was when I bought it. Being in the South and it living in a garage 365 days a year helps.

"Supposedly" the idea that swapping side to side will cause blowouts was tied to bias ply tires, and the risk is reduced with radials. I personally just rotate mine front to back, and have never had wear issues or blowouts with any vehicle I have had.

I would say you would be fine, but keep an eye on the tires for any separations or bulges once you swap them.

I have always followed the drive wheels go forward, and the none drive wheels go back and cross method. I got over 70K on my last tires on my truck. On a lifted truck with Mud tires you HAVE to rotate them. If not they will chop ect.
