No it isn't all that hard to rebuild one. I've seen the insides of one. They are remarkable simple (in terms of parts), but very complex when they're working. You need several snap-ring pliers, but that's about it I think.It can get confusing but I hear its not hard at all to rebuild one of theseI'll be watching for that one. I've been looking at parts, but there's so many different types of one part to choose from and so many parts that make them upfinish the damn thing off with a 6 liter !!

The part I get confused about is what parts to get for the best durability.
I'll probably end up spending more on parts than a rebuilt one, but I want to do the work myself it at all possible.
