I bet this has a little bit to do with the rumor that they were ripping off their customers by only offering two colors.

that kinda sucks. I have their hid's in my car and they were really cheap(less than $100 for headlights and fogs) and they have lasted almost 6 months so far with no problems

Interesting.. I'll be curious to see what he transitions, too.. Not necessarily to buy whatever it is, but just to see what he thinks his next big thing will be.. :dunno:

Bummer. I got banned from gmfullsize for asking their little HID dealer why he charged $200 a set when I paid $40 a set from DDM tuning and they are reliable as HELL.

He couldn't answer that, and I was promptly banned.

I think I'll mosey on over to DDM tuning and see if I can buy a few clearance sets before they quit completely.

That Jim Powell who owns ddmtuning sounds like a helluva business man

Which is why it makes no sense that he would just up and stop selling HIDs. There has to be an ulterior motive for this.

My hopes are he has someone to pickup the HID line. it may end up being rebranded but be the same stuff, this is what i am hoping, and hopefully the prices stay the same. i can`t see why to remove good business.

He's probably sick and tired of all of the igwads who buy them and then can't figure out the mod... then want him to babysit them or take back their mangled kit for a refund. :loser:

He obviously would not bail on this business if it was profitable and problem free.
