Drove it home, topped up the tank with premium. prices sure have risen alot latley. also notice my truck does get alot of looks, hopefully mostly good.

Cleaned it then top it off and went cruising

High speed low drag.
Took out aftermarket fuel tank installed by previous owner that he put under the bed and cut the boards on the bed and steal for the boards to get to the fill nozzle while the fuel gauge stuff on the tank was almost toching metal with a hot wire and a loose ground. Going to install a 40gallon tank in the bed and fix his mistake(on a 63 chevy stepside no dought)

I've read a couple places that if I were to remove my ECM, shake it, and hear something rattle around that it can't figure out the idle or something. Which kind of makes sense. I still need to find vacuum lines. I'm gonna replace the PCV valve while I'm at it (a whole $1.70).

It idled down right away with the clutch... If I pulled it out of gear without the clutch, as in to shift without the clutch, it would take way too long to make it practical...
Justing got it bang on... It holds for about 1/4 - 1/2 second before dropping... Just right in case your going to down shift instead of up shift
