Dude, You need to borrow that truck and do a review on it... That has the Fords new Diesel motor right? The one that used similar technology as the Duramax? Quiet and powerful...

I know...its the new system, and according to dad, very powerful. I didn't get the chance to drive it though...

He pulled the trailer with both the 2004 Duramax and that pickup, and said it did quite a bit better.

Yeah the 04 assuming that its the LB7 or LBZ or whatever it is was running either 345hp or 355hp. I think mine was like 365hp stock... I would have love to see him try the 2011 Dmax at 397hp to see what he thought.

My parents decided to upgrade their 5th wheel. Pretty sweet. Its got two slide outs on both sides.

And, for tax reasons, the farm had to spend some more money, so they upgraded their workhorse.

Had to spend some of that $5+/bu corn harvest money huh??

Sharp rig and trailer...

He tried to find one, but couldn't find one with the setup he wanted. :dunno:

What was he looking for that was not available for the Dmax?

Up where I grew up in Neb, there were lots of 200 bu dryland corn and 55 bu dryland soybeans. Pretty decent year for the folks up there...
