They could beat emissions. They'd better just come out with some Direct Injection for it. Then it will be a power house too!
But yes, it has to be at least optional.

The 454 is NOT a big block. It is achieved from the Small block LSX block. You can even get a tall deck LSX small block and get really crazy with the cubic inches.
