Rock the POR 15. FWIW the construction company I work for does Steel Erecting and that's what we use to prep the surfaces for paint on all our picking beams and rebar stands etc.

Jas, the paint of the fill plug is probly from a service center, here in town if you go to walmart they paint the drain and fill plugs plus the oil filter (yellow), its a way to prove they tightend it!
