It would be tough to get a good result when painting chrome like that, I say grind them up a little bit and put Hurculiner on them too, or leave them stock.

Looks good. I would recommend the Duplicolor Bed Armor over the Herculiner. It is about the same price and has a much better texture. It is also not supposed to fade like the Herculiner does. It went on good on mine, and so far no chipping or fading.

Keep the bumpers chrome!! PTM the mirrors though (if they're plastic).
I'm not a big fan of painted bumpers on GMT-400's. There's not many of them around with PTM'd, but I think that's because they only came from the factory in chrome.
Which mirrors do you have? (there's like 2 or 4 different models that came on these trucks)

it's a 90 so it has the big chrome mirrors
. i like the slim black plastic ones but not a big deal
