That's impressive - I've spoken to him twice this year.
I have had Geico for years and the rates are great. Fortunately, I can't tell you about their claims service.
My State Farm Agent has no problem taking my $800 every year

I have used Farmers for about the last 20 or 25 years...never had a problem.

I had state farm for 13 years with no problems.
I had Farm Bureau when I lived in Texas. Excellent service and prices. I now have Farmers - again, EXCELLENT....
Dec 2006 - Paid for $12,500 new roof (-deductible) when we lost back 1/2 in wind storm. Included all new OSB, and upgraded 30 year roofing - moss resistant
October 2007 - Totaled my Silverado (2002) when I was T-boned. It was paid off and they gave me $18,500, which included 5 years of taxes, insurance and registration.
August 2009 - Pat (accidentally) rammed a Prius with his 2002 Ford 4x4. Total damage to his truck, paint chipped on tow-hook. Damage to Prius.... tow-hook mangled rear of car. Settled within a week.
After all this - our insurance has not gone up, it has went down.... even with the 2010 Ram added
