I haven't decided if I'm going to paint it black, or color match to the truck

Sandblasting it might be an option...as long as you wrap the calipers in something

If I take them off, I'm good

I might just get brave and use a belt sander

Once you get it cleaned up I'd use some good BLACK Epoxy paint

I was thinking bbq paint

That would work

Getting a fancy diff cover either way, methinks...

But gotta buy new gears for the front diff... Going with the 4.10s that my rear axle came with.
