What about those stylized, straight angled (airforce-esque) wings? I could research further and try out different wings, I agree though, it finishes it off.

I think you could definitely come up with some more aggressive wings that will look great. Those above just don't fit the bill, IMO.

SolidWorks should be able to export the file format you're looking for. Lemme know if you need any help.

Thanks man, Tobias also pointed out Illustrator will also export in that file type. If It doesn't work out I'll let you know, much appreciated.

I don't know anything about Illustrator, but I do use AutoCAD at work, which can save things as dxf. And edit dxf too. If you need anything along those lines.

A few other quick ideas.

I like it without the stars. I think with them it's beginning to get too busy. I might nudge the wings away a little bit or cut them off on the inside so the border appears even around the main shield.
