And I don't see anything impressive about a V6 that drinks fuel like a V8. Not to mention that GM has had this technology for years.
For me...I MUCH rather have a "simpleton" V8 that's cheaper to maintain and repair over a overly complex V6.
Hopefully they are reliable. Never liked the idea of relying on turbos. But, the gas mileage is damn impressive.

I really don't see the advantage over a proper V8...so...if someone could explain them to me, that'd be great
I'm not a Ford guy but the boosted motor is putting down good fuel economy when you compare the HP/TQ numbers in a truck. Ford and GM's 5.4/5.3/5.0/6.2L can't get that kind of mileage.


Although it's a great idea, I think I'll stick with a V8.
