Well not much updates cause he wanted me to drop the truck off....hopefully I'll get it back today. That was at 8am but he had other customers pull up.....

Went and got this badass roll off trailer, wish it was mine!!! It even has lights facing up on the floor shining under your car to give you light to see where to strap onto at night. Very cool.

Anyways truck pulled like a dream, 70 mph.....hopefully updates soon.

3" true duals is way too big for a N/A small block, even for a blown small block. The low end torque gained by the headers would be lost by exhaust velocity being too low. Does that Magnaflow have an internal X-pipe?

Reason why I am going 3" duals is because I am building an ls1. I've been buying parts to build my transmission up and then I can get started on the ls1. I plan on being in the low 11's on spray.

I am doing 3" also because of two main guys I run with at the track who have both proven that their n/a trucks run better with 3" duals, and running low 11's

Figured why do exhaust twice?

Yes the magnaflow has a built in x-pipe.

With these engines, you won't lose much low end torque. They are actually far more forgiving than the previous series due to the head / exhaust scavenging design... Sweet setup!

I love all of the painted goodies underhood. You should snag some of your old threads about that stuff and post them in here. We'd dig it.
