ive been to tons of truck shows and I see people with these perfect frames with no rust no nothing just looks like brand new steel did they rebuild their frames or something?

Yea ive seen the bead brushes Im going to school for welding and when I mig weld I have a brush with me usually to clean up the splatter

Yeah they probably blasted the entire frame, painted and then installed all of the stuff back on. It's very labor intensive and not something you could tackle in a weekend. If it's a project truck then yes, you would be able to do that.

well ive been looking into a project but everyone keeps jumping on the goods. their was a 1970 chevy pick up being daily driven 350 manual tranny 900 bucks. that was jumped on quick. my neighbor said something about blasting it and sending it off to get dipped.

Find a half ton C-10 in that body style. Preferably 71-72 since they already have the front disc brakes and 5 lug suspension, but any of them would do. It is still my favorite body style Chevy truck.

Use rust enamel paint, I used it on my spare tire and hitch after i grinded it down and it seems to work, also will prevent rust from re-appearing.
