Best truck for my 15 year old daughter?

Unbelievable for me, but I now have a 15 year old at the house. She'll have her permit in a couple weeks. Friend told me to send her to Bondurant for a day before she ever drives on a road which seems like it might be a good idea. But, at some point, she'll need some wheels. Anybody been through this? Where do I start with the vehicle search?

A durable well proven car/ truck. Maybe just make her pay for a little bit if she can or maybe just insurance? I know I didn't have to pay my full car payment every month in high school. My girlfriend learned on her parents 02 Tacoma. Maybe a midsize truck/ suv, or a sedan would work. Just start checking around on craigslist and see what she likes and see what you are willing to get. Compromise. That is all I know, I'm only 19 after all.

I all got was my parents junker they didn't drive anymore. 15 year olds don't need good cars.
