How do i check it? Cleaned up the o2's and that didn't help either. It actually started doing this after i installed a new radiator...

I have heard this:
"5 minutes after shutting the engine off, pull the vacuum line off the FPR and see if there is any fuel in it. If there is, the FPR is bad and needs replaced."

I just checked mine yesterday since I've been having starting issues for the last couple years, and sure enough, there was fuel in the vacuum line. New one was ~$76 shipped from GMpartsdirect.com.

Just got done changing oil (Mobil 1 10W30 this time around), tidying up my HID wiring (still don't have my capacitor in yet though), and filled up (16.82mpg).
